About me
After finishing my “Master of Business Administration” I have been working in various jobs in the area of accounting and finance in profit- and non-profit organisations. Basically the tasks focused on giving insight in efficiency and effectiveness of the business or organization.
In 1989 through the Dutch Ministry of Foreign affairs I was send to Cameroon to work in a cooperative bank. There I produced my first benchmarking analysis of the 200 affiliated subsidiaries. After ‘Cameroon’ I have been working with, amongst other, flower bulbs, coffee and CO2. Recently, I worked in DR Congo in a rubber cooperative, introducing a simple but effective administrative system and assisting the management in analyzing their marketing policy.
To give insight in business results in a practical, concise way is my speciality – read the recommendations given by colleagues and management of companies and projects that I have been working with.

My task within the Bolivian cooperative, with exclusively female members, was to upgrade their production of maize, wheat and sorghum. Up till then, the members sold their produce to a wholesaler at bargain prices, because during the period of harvesting prices of agriculture products go down due to an overflow of produce on the local market.
In a period of 6 months I assisted the management in developing a consumer product. The whole process of branding, packaging, transport and finding outlets where these products would be sold (mainly food stores with special interest in bio-products) was executed. Several stores were found to place the product within their assortment. Next to this marketing activity, we developed a simple but effective administrative system to keep track on money, raw material and quantity of end products.
Kort Bondig & Berg designs and builds customer/ user friendly pc based models featuring graphic presentations of calculated results. KB&B builds these models after thorough study and understanding of underlying questions. This enables the construction of models that go deeper and further then just matching the initial requirement. Carbon Matters happily relies on and makes
use of the KB&B services in this field. Original challenge definition, product development and delivery are part of a consultative and iterative process ensuring added value to the Customers of Carbon Matters.

Dans le période d’avril – juin 2012 vous avez bien pénétré quelques éléments clés de la gestion de Cooparby comme les comptes rendus des différentes rencontres de conseil d’administration, le journal de caisse, les différentes factures, les bordereaux d’expédition de ballots de caoutchouc livré à Lobicongo, le rapport de production de litre de latex par saigneur et par plantation et un exemplaire des statuts avec notre président, le gérant et les membres des conseilles. On continue avec ce travaille. Merci beaucoup.
